The Port has a couple of fantastic empty buildings for lease.  Both offer industrial space along with offices.  527 Cameron St. (formerly Ace Automotive) has a total of 7,424 square feet with a 4,524 sf bay that has an overhead door, plus 4 individual offices, breakroom and 2 common bathrooms on the main level.  Additionally, it has a second floor with another office and storage.  Flyer with more details.  5 Port Way (formerly Red Band Cellars) has a total of 3,000 square feet which consists of industrial space with 2-overhead doors and an office.  This space includes a large side parking area and storage shed.  Flyer with more details.
